If any further info is required, I will do my best to provide, of course. It would be very nice, if someone could help me with this. Oh I just remember that once loading a save state also kicked me out of the game in the same manner, although I do not really mind about this, since I just restarted the game and the loading worked just fine. I tried if maybe not using a chd compression could solve the problem, no, it happens on both accounts. I gave one of the save states from before the "kick out" happening to my friend (who understands much more about the RetroPie and everything concerning it than me, it was actually he who helped me getting a working RP in the first place) and he played for a little and then save stated and repeated this and after a short while the same thing happens on his end as well (he has a different Raspberry Pi, 3B I think, and uses a different controller than me). Saving the game In-Game and exiting the game and restarting is not helping, Frequently it is already the first save state I make, that kicks me out. So I tried to play “Saga Frontier” and anyone who has played this game knows what an annoyance the HP-raising and evolving of monsters can be in this game, therefore I rely on save states to significantly lower this, but the save state problem occurs all the time (not every time, but sometimes very often and sometimes it takes a little while, but eventually it starts again). That was (thankfully) the only time that happened, because that basically destroyed the whole save state and any progress that was saved with it. And I wrote “almost always”, because once a save state was created while I was playing “Chrono Cross”, but for some reason the save state saved me being thrown out of the game, so whenever I loaded this save state the screen went black for a little while and then I was back in the game list menu. Any In-Game saves I made during the playing session are then gone (I instead have just the former last In-Game saves from the previous session when I managed to properly exit the game.) And almost always my Pi does not create a save state and instead when I go back into the game the former save state is still there, meaning my whole progress is gone. Often when I make a save state the game kicks me out back to the game list menu, without saving the game. And just a heads up, English is not my native language, so sorry for any bizarre phrasing on my part. I have a very annoying problem with the PS1 emulation on my Retropie. (But this also happens on a different Pi model with a different controller, see below for more info) RetroPie Version Used: 4.6.6 (although this has happened on older versions as well, I have updated quite a few times since the problems began and it is a reoccurring issue on all version I had)īuilt From: I used the official builds from this website Power Supply used: Sorry, I don't understand what information I have to provide here ( I don't have under voltage problems, if that helps)
